I’m learning to have compassion and care for myself. To pay attention when I’m taking on too much and find the sources of my stress. Every day I’m trying to do something for me. I’ve been unsure how to relax and so I try as Melody Beattie suggests

“Do one activity or behavior that I know will create a good feeling for me. If I’m uncertain about what I like, I will experiment with one behavior today.” (The Language of Letting Go by Melody Beattie

Today that was emailing and telling someone No I can’t and I felt instant relief. It’s hard to say no to good things but too many good things are not good. Take care of yourself.
