Light and dark coexhist together. My creation process embraces my limitations (fear, anxiety, and addictive behaviors) by creating art with limitations. My mental health limits me, similar to how using only my non-dominant hand and no paint brushes limits me. I’m learning to love those limits. It's very hard for me to be present, I'm usually anxious about the future or worrying about the past. My journey in coming unto Christ includes learning to let go of control. One way I let go of control is through making this messy art using my left hand and no paint brushes.
