“Breath. Pace yourself.” 7”x8” A few days ago I had a biofeedback session at BYU to explore my body’s response to stress. They monitored my breathing, heart rate, and body temperature as I thought about things that stressed me out and then had me practice some breathing exercises to see how that affected me. Surprisingly I saw and felt a difference as I practiced controlled paced breathing. Here is a link to one of my favorite breathing exercises. You breath in through your nose expanding your stomach when the notes go up and breath out through your mouth as the notes go down.
